Hannah Potter

Hannah Potter came to Aggieland in the summer of 2024 as the director of operations for the swimming & diving program. In her role, she is responsible for team travel, recruiting logistics and team functions, as well as internal and external operations that touch to program. 

Potter joined the Virginia athletics department in September 2022. She worked with athletic administration and academic affairs, and served as the assistant to the deputy athletics director of competitive excellence, Armani Dawkins. Potter was also the admin assistant for Olympic sports at Virginia.

Prior to her time in Charlottesville, Potter spent time with the Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Rays and Buffalo Bills. Her background is extensive, with an emphasis on football. In college, she worked for four years with the Western Kentucky equipment staff, where she assisted defensive coordinator Clayton White (South Carolina) and special teams coordinator Andy LaRussa (Western Kentucky). Potter was a member of the Hilltoppers’ 2016 C-USA Championship, 2016 Boca Raton Bowl and 2021 First Responder Bowl Championship teams.
